Resonant Bodywork: A Multisensory Approach to Healing

My work is rooted in the understanding that the human body is not just a structure of muscles and bones—but a living field of rhythm, vibration, and intelligence. Every system within us pulses, oscillates, and communicates through frequency. When these natural rhythms fall out of coherence, we experience tension, discomfort, and disconnection.

A Different Kind of Bodywork

This is not just massage.

My approach blends traditional hands-on bodywork with an intuitive, frequency-based awareness of the nervous system. I listen with my hands—not only for tight muscles, but for areas where the body’s natural rhythm feels interrupted or stagnant. Through slow, intentional touch, I help guide the system back toward a state of balance and ease.

Each session is adaptive and responsive. There is no rigid protocol—only a conversation between practitioner and body.

Integrating Cupping & Gua Sha

In addition to hands-on work, I incorporate mobile cupping and gua sha as supportive tools to enhance circulation, release fascial restriction, and encourage the movement of stagnation within the body.

These techniques are always applied with sensitivity and intention, integrated seamlessly into the session based on what your body is communicating in the moment.

The Role of Music & Frequency

What makes this work truly unique is the integration of live and recorded music created specifically for nervous system regulation.

Using instruments such as Tuning Forks, Bass and Electric Guitar, Native American flute, and other accompanying instruments, I introduce sound as a therapeutic partner in the session. These sounds are not simply background music—they are carefully felt and applied frequencies designed to:

A Nervous System Experience

Rather than “fixing” the body, this work invites it to remember its own intelligence.
